🌱 Give, and It Will Be Given to You — God Honours the Generous Heart 💖

At Rehoboth Hand Foundation, we don’t just believe in giving — we trust in it.

The Bible says in Luke 6:38:
"Give, and it will be given to you… good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, men will give into your bosom."

Every sack of rice shared, every school fee paid, every hour volunteered — is a seed planted in faith. And God, who owns the cattle on a thousand hills, is never indebted to anyone. He repays the giver — not always in money, but in peace, in favour, in open doors, in unexpected blessings.

We’ve seen it:
✨ The widow who gave her last ₵20 and received medical help days later.
✨ The man who carried food boxes for months, then found a job he didn’t apply for.
✨ The woman who said “yes” to helping, and suddenly her family was covered.

💬 "I gave because I believed. I didn’t know God would multiply it back to me."

When you give to the poor, you’re lending to the Lord (Proverbs 19:17). And He keeps perfect records.

So keep giving — even when no one sees.
Keep sowing — even when the harvest seems far.
Because the same hands that feed the hungry are held by the One who feeds us all.

🌟 We Need YOU: Volunteers Wanted at Rehoboth Hand Foundation! 🌟

Our mission is big — feeding the hungry, sheltering the homeless, educating the underprivileged — but we don’t need a handful of people doing everything. We need many hands doing a little.

Right now, our food bank is packed with supplies, but we need help sorting, packing, and delivering to widows, children, and families in need. Our charity home is rising brick by brick — but we need more hands to build. Students are waiting for mentors. Events need organizers. Voices are needed to spread the word.

**🙌 We Can’t Do This Alone — Here’s Why You Matter**

At **Rehoboth Hand Foundation**, every meal served, every child enrolled in school, every widow supported — begins with **someone like you**.

We believe no life should be defined by poverty, hunger, or hopelessness. But belief isn’t enough. To keep our food bank running, our shelter open, and our programs alive, we need **donors** and **volunteers** — the heartbeat of our mission.

💔 Right now, over 200 people — mostly children and elderly — depend on our weekly food distribution.
📚 87 students are waiting for school supplies in our Back-to-School program.
🏠 Our Charity Home construction is 40% complete — but we still need materials and hands to finish.

**This is where you come in.**

That moment broke me. It also lit a fire.

Today, our team of staff and volunteers serves over 1,000 people yearly — not because we have all the answers, but because we can’t walk past suffering.

Family Spotlight: The newly born Baby, Mother and other Children in Need wth their Grandmother.
👧👦 “Some have lost their parents. But Rehoboth didn’t let us lose our future.”

After their parents passed, 10-year-old twins Yaw and Akua moved in with their aging grandmother. With no income, meals were scarce — until we stepped in.

📦 Now they get food aid, school supplies, and after-school support.

**🎓 Exam Day Boost: We Sent Students Off with New Math Sets! 📏✏️**

At Rehoboth Hand Foundation, we believe every child deserves the tools to succeed — especially on the big day.

A few weeks ago, as students across the communities we serve prepared for their crucial exams, we delivered brand-new math sets to over 150 junior high school students. From rulers to protractors, compasses to calculators — everything they need to tackle math with confidence!

📚 Many of these young learners had been sharing worn-out or broken tools, making an already tough subject even harder. A simple math set shouldn’t be a barrier to success — so we made sure no one showed up to their exam unprepared.

💬 “Now I can draw my diagrams clearly and finish my paper on time,” said 14-year-old Akosua, smiling as she held her new set.

These small acts create big change. With the right support, every student can walk into that exam hall believing they can win.

Our hearts go out to all families searching for their loved ones. In Virginia alone, 3,274 children have been reported missing from January 1 to August 13, 2025. While most cases are resolved quickly, 141 remain active as of mid-August. The weekly average stands at 98 reports, reminding us that the safety of children is a constant concern.

At Rehoboth Hand Foundation, we stand in solidarity with communities affected by loss and uncertainty. While our mission focuses on uplifting the needy and creating hope in Ghana through education, health, and growth initiatives, we recognize the global urgency of protecting vulnerable children everywhere.

We urge our community to stay informed, share verified information, and support trusted organizations working on the frontlines of child protection. You can help by donating to credible missing children networks, spreading awareness through responsible channels, or advocating for initiatives like Virginia’s new CODI Alert system for endangered children.
