"I am convinced that for farmers to profitably REAP what they SOW, it is extremely critical that farmers consciously and deliberately put in place systems and structures that will transform their work from just a HOBBY to very serious and lucrative BUSINESS.

I will be speaking at Holland Greentech Ghana's 'Time with The Agronomist' event to share more light on practical business development strategies that young farmers can adopt to drive business growth in their farming and agribusiness."-John Appiah, 2024(CEO A-League Consult & President The African Chamber For Youth Development)

"A lot of people don't try or make efforts to live their dreams because they are so afraid of failing. Some don't even apply for that dream job or bid for that big contract or venture into that business deal or propose/accept the love proposal all because they fear they will fail.

Well, I have made a decision to always TRY and fail rather than FAIL to try. I have decided to PREPARE very well and give off my very best at every every opportunity I get. Whether I fail or succeed or whether I am paid/compensated well or not for my efforts; I believe every attempt/effort contributes to making me a better person and draws me closer to success. The more the attempts/efforts I make, the better my chances of succeeding.

Today you too can make the decision to throw of restrains and lift off all the self imposed limitations and live your life to the fullest. Give every opportunity that comes your way your best and make that attempt irrespective of how small/slim the chances of success appears. Truly you only live once and be sure to live it fully knowing you did your best and gave off your best at every opportunity."
