DISTRICT GOVERNOR'S MEETING WITH THE BOARD OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF HO.

Before the commencement of the general meeting, the District Governor held a productive meeting with the Board of the Rotary Club of Ho.

The engagement provided an opportunity to review the club's progress, discuss strategic priorities, and share ideas on strengthening Rotary's impact within the community.

The District Governor commended the Board for its commitment and leadership while encouraging members to remain focused on meaningful service, membership growth, and sustainable projects that transform lives.

Together, we continue to unite for good and create lasting change through Service Above Self.

Rotary District 9104 has officially begun the journey to DISCON 2027 in Ho! 🇬🇭

District Governor Dr. Jack Andrews Dotsey, accompanied by Some District Officers, paid a courtesy call on the Volta Regional Minister; Hon James Gunu to formally seek the support of the Regional Coordinating Council for hosting the 2027 District Conference and Assembly in the Volta Region.

The discussions went beyond the conference. Both parties explored opportunities for Rotary to partner with the region in advancing healthcare, water and sanitation, tourism promotion, economic development, and community service. The Regional Minister welcomed the initiative, pledged the region's full support, and invited Rotary to become a strategic partner in key development projects, including the proposed Cardiac Centre at the Ho Teaching Hospital.

The Governor reaffirmed Rotary's commitment to creating lasting impact and highlighted the conference as an opportunity to showcase the Volta Region's rich tourism, culture, and investment potential to more than 2,000 Rotarians and guests expected to attend.

This marks the beginning of an exciting partnership as Rotary and the Volta Region work together to make Ho 2027 a truly historic conference and a catalyst for sustainable development.

The District Gorvenor presented the Rotary Four Way Test Plaque to the Regional Minister.
