The African Institute of Energy & Sustainability was established with the aim of being a regional leader in world class research, consultancy and technical training in the energy and environment sectors. We support intervention aimed at promoting clean energy technology, climate change mitigation, natural resource management, and effective energy and environmental policy
While we are a decidedly p

ro-business organisation, we believe in the responsible stewardship of the environment by energy companies. We therefore provide Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for specific projects and clients and will soon commence a regular industry wide Environmental Index which will provide a snapshot overview of energy and the environment.
