The Upper East Regional Executives of Better DREAM Foundation GH have engaged the Upper East Regional Office of the National Youth Authority (NYA) to explore opportunities for collaboration and partnership in youth development.

The delegation, led by the Regional Coordinator and comprising the General Secretary, Project Manager, and Head of Partnerships, submitted an introductory letter and presented the Foundation’s mandate and youth-focused initiatives.

Discussions centred on collaboration, sponsorship, youth employment, and participation in youth empowerment programmes, including initiatives such as the NYA’s “Red Means Stop” campaign.

The NYA Administrator welcomed the Foundation’s interest and encouraged continued engagement with the Authority and its district offices. Contacts for the Garu and Tempane District offices were also shared for further collaboration.

Earlier today, the Ashanti Regional Chapter of Better DREAM Foundation GH paid a courtesy visit to the Regional Office of the National Youth Authority (NYA) to formally introduce the Foundation and explore opportunities for collaboration on future youth-focused projects.

Discussions focused particularly on the Foundation’s flagship “Ghana Against Drugs – Red Means Stop” Campaign, with both institutions expressing interest in working together to promote drug abuse prevention and youth empowerment across the region.

The engagement also explored support in the areas of resource materials, logistics, and mobilisation. initiatives.

Better Dream Foundation Ghana remains committed to building strategic partnerships that create meaningful and lasting impact for young people.

We are proud to announce the appointment of our CEO, Shaibu Mohammed, as the Head Representative of Ghana to the World Peoples Assembly.

As part of this milestone, he also officially signed an MoU with the Union, strengthening opportunities for collaboration and global engagement.

We look forward to the impact of this new responsibility and partnership.

Our CEO, Shaibu Mohammed , had a diplomatic stakeholder engagement with HSE University in Moscow, Russia, exploring opportunities to strengthen institutional ties and build meaningful partnerships around youth development, education, and public diplomacy.

He also had the opportunity to speak at HSE University on “Civil Society in African Countries and Youth Participation in Public Diplomacy,” sharing perspectives on the role of young people and civil society in shaping inclusive development and strengthening international cooperation.

The engagement marks another step toward building bridges between African youth-led organizations and global institutions for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and shared impact.

Day 2 of our Human Rights Advocacy Programme took us to Yendi Jubilee JHS, where we continued our engagement with young people on the theme “Young People as Champions of Human Rights.”

In partnership with The DREAM Foundation , and with support from Narcotics Control Commission and Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice , participants engaged in meaningful conversations on their rights, responsibilities, and the important role they can play in advocating for themselves and others.

It was another impactful day of learning, reflection, and meaningful engagement as we continue to empower young people with the knowledge and confidence to champion human rights in their communities.

Day 1 of our Human Rights Advocacy Programme at Islamic No. 1 JHS, Yendi, was successfully held under the theme “Young People as Champions of Human Rights.”

The session provided an engaging platform for young people to learn about their rights, responsibilities, and privileges, while reflecting on the important role they can play in promoting and protecting human rights within their communities.

Through meaningful discussions and interactions, participants were encouraged to become more informed, responsible, and confident advocates for human rights.

The programme was organised in partnership with The DREAM Foundation and Better DREAM Foundation GH , reflecting our shared commitment to youth empowerment and human rights education.

We are grateful to our partners, resource persons, school authorities, and all participants who contributed to making Day 1 a success.

Today being Day 3 in Russia, our CEO, Shaibu Mohammed continued his participation in the International Festival of Youth 2026 through meaningful engagements with organisations and companies from different countries.

The engagements provided valuable opportunities to exchange perspectives and explore collaborations in youth empowerment, technology, innovation, and robotics training, with a focus on creating meaningful opportunities for young people across countries.

We are proud of his representation and look forward to the opportunities emerging from this journey.

Better DREAM Foundation GH, in partnership with The DREAM Foundation is organising a Human Rights Advocacy Programme to empower young people with knowledge of their rights, responsibilities, and role in promoting human rights.

The programme will feature interactive discussions, expert sessions, youth advocacy engagements, and the distribution of educational pamphlets.
