CIF360 Successfully Launches our Piloted DIGNITY PERIOD (DiP) Project in the Savannah Region!
On Thursday, 25th June, 2026, Community Impact Foundation-cif360 successfully implemented its pilot phase of the DIGNITY PERIOD (DiP) Project at Yipala Junior High School in the West Gonja Municipality, Savannah Region.
The project aimed to improve adolescent girls' knowledge and practices regarding menstrual hygiene while promoting a supportive and stigma-free school environment.
The educational session involved both female and male students, as well as teachers, emphasizing that menstrual health is everyone's responsibility.
During the session, participants received practical demonstrations on the correct use of sanitary pads, myths and misconceptions about menstruation were addressed, and important menstrual hygiene practices were discussed.
To support menstrual health and help girls stay in school with confidence, the CIF360 team donated sanitary pads to female students and female teachers.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all our donors, partners, volunteers, and the management, staff, and students of Yipala Junior High School for their invaluable support and active participation in making this initiative a success.
FOUNDATION, we are grateful for the partnership.
Together, we are restoring dignity, promoting health, and empowering girls through education.
