Today, FEEM Initiative is seeking support for a student who dropped out but got re-enrolled through the philanthropic acts of Ester Benson. However, the challenge now is the payment of her fees. We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to stay in school and pursue their dreams.

FEEM is partnering with the Women’s Commission of the Graduate Students Association of Ghana, UCC Chapter to interact with the girls at University Practice Senior High School in Cape Coast on menstrual hygiene and provide them with sanitary pads.

The FEEM Initiative is committed to empowering women and girls on leadership, supporting the education of young women and girls, sexual and reproductive health education, awareness creation and prevention of all forms of Sexual and Gender Based Violence as well as livelihood support through skills training. We equally have as part of our agenda to close the gender gap in STEM related fields as UNESCO says women make up only 35% of graduates.

In that regard, FEEM Initiative is partnering with GetBundi; an education technology platform based in Nigeria that is focused on STEM education for post-primary students, digital skills training for young people and digital literacy for all. organisation in Nigeria TechSis, is the flagship initiative of GetBundi Education Technology and the GetBundi Education Foundation.

Now in its fourth year, TechSis is a free digital skills program designed to bridge the digital gender gap by equipping African women aged 18 to 40 with in-demand skill sets. TechSis 2026 will focus on Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Video Editing.

Since launching in 2023, we have trained over 6,000 women from more than 12 African countries. Many graduates have secured employment, launched businesses, and transformed their economic prospects.
TechSis has featured distinguished global speakers, including Her Excellency Jewel Howard-Taylor former Vice President of Liberia, Ola Williams Country Manager of Microsoft Nigeria and Ghana, and Amanda Cryer Hollywood film producer and social impact leader.

For TechSis 2026, we are providing US$250,000 in scholarships to train 3,000 African women at no cost.

Since 2019, we’ve distributed approximately 10,000 sanitary pads to girls in Ghana and Malawi. Our mission is to ensure they experience their menstruation with dignity. We understand how difficult it can be without proper hygiene products.

On 4th June 2026, we provided sanitary products to girls at Samrose Junior High School in the Cape Coast Metropolis of Ghana’s Upper East Region. It fills us with immense fulfilment to know we’re contributing to eradicating period poverty.
