Restorative Seed Society participated in a 10-day training on community wellbeing in Thies, Senegal. Through the support of our partner mc2h, two staff Hillary Adongo, Rebecca Abane and a representative of one of the communities we work in Norbert Atanga Yuure Nde Bangre Bia participated in this training. The training was meant to introduce partners to the concept of Community-Led Development (CLD) and how TOSTAN has been working with this model over the last 3 decades in Senegal. It was a period of deep learning and we look forward to adapting the lessons in our work. We have no doubt that the future of sustainable development must be anchored in CLD.

Today 13th March 2024, RSS handed over seed cash, soap and pomade products including equipment for the production of the products to the beneficiary women of the Women in Soap and Pomade Making Project at a brief ceremony at Kologo today. Thanks to Impact direct and all stakeholders including the Assembly members of the communities for their cooperation.
