Football is the only thing that truly unites our beloved Ghana. 🇬🇭⚽

No matter our tribe, religion, or political party, when the Ghana national football team plays, we all become one people. We shout, we pray, and we believe together.

But the painful part is this: the same team that unites us often leaves us disappointed.

Ghanaians don’t ask for magic — we only ask for commitment, passion, and pride in wearing the national jersey.
Play for the flag.

Independence gave us freedom, but nation-building is still our responsibility.

Sixty-nine years later, Ghana remains a nation of great potential, resilient people, and unfulfilled dreams.
We may disagree on politics, but one thing is certain: we all want a better Ghana.

🇬🇭 May the next generation inherit a country stronger than the one we received.

Climate change is a real threat, and its impact on Ada is evident through various signs:

1. Sea Erosion: The sea level has been rising, and the rate of rise is accelerating, leading to the erosion of the coastline and old monuments.

2. Shift in Seasons: Ada, along with other parts of the world, is experiencing changes in the timing of seasonal events, such as earlier springs and later autumns.

3. High Tides: There have been severe floods due to water from the Volta River.

4. Increase in Temperature: Temperatures have been steadily increasing over the past decade and have been consistently setting new records as the warmest.

5. Negative Impacts on Livelihoods: Climate change has negatively impacted the livelihoods of communities that depend on Ramsar sites for fishing, agriculture, and other activities in Ada.

As we grapple with the challenges of climate change, it is imperative to define the responsibilities and obligations of various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, the District Assembly, traditional leaders (Chiefs), and individual citizens, in order to effectively address and reverse its harmful impacts.
