ILED Africa โ Ghana Chapter is the national arm of a pan-African youth leadership and economic empowerment movement committed to developing ethical leaders, innovative entrepreneurs, and economically empowered young Africans.
We exist to identify, train, and support Africaโs next generation of leaders and changemakers by combining leadership development, entrepreneurship training, and access to funding opportunities.
Inspired by impact-driven models, ILED Africa provides a structured platform where young Africans are invited to apply, pitch ideas, and receive the requisite training, mentorship, and support to transform ideas into viable projects, startups, and social enterprises.
Our work focuses on equipping youth with practical leadership skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking, while creating pathways to economic independence, innovation, and sustainable development.
Through targeted programs, capacity-building initiatives, and strategic partnerships, ILED Africa supports youth-led projects and startups, providing both training and funding opportunities to help them scale and succeed.
A flagship initiative of the Ghana Chapter is the organization of a high-level, youth-centered Leadership and Economic Development Summit in Accra, which convenes:
Young leaders and entrepreneurs
Policymakers and development partners
Corporate executives, investors, and mentors
The summit serves as a platform for ideas exchange, pitching opportunities, networking, and actionable collaboration aimed at driving youth-led economic growth.
