LETTER OF ORGANIZATION
I want to compliment you and your organization for the good works towards the progress of black community and black people since your establishment. However,
I would like to express my views to which I seek to propose the collaboration of all black organizations, all people of black race and all sympathizers of black
people into one head organization to act as government for
all black people in the world, seek welfare of all blacks and Africa’s contemporary growth and
development. It is true that many organizations and individuals has done a lot about the situation of blacks and Africa but comparing the situation today there is a lot to be done. In my opinion unity is the key but it should be exercise in a more practicable format other than how it means to us in today’s dispensation. I believe the medium of demonstrating unity should exist in structures and programs that seem to address the issues of all the people in concern at a common
framework formed with the support of the knowledge and ideas of all the people within the community seeking unity. It should be an office that consider all the
stake-communities in a project plan and execute policies that places equal opportunity for the people within the stake-communities. It should also align its
programs to bring its people around the field of contribution and participating in all undertakings that require services of the know-how people within the community
which the unity is been exercised. In the case of Africa and all black people elsewhere, we have been struggling to exercise unite for so long which the reason of our failure can be subjected to
many expert views. In my opinion the language barrier, tribal and religious diversities in the black society is among the many challenges we face in getting the
needed unity for black community. Despite I see this as a serious challenge, I also consider the major factor especially in Africa to be the influence of the colonial
masters to allow African governments fused themselves into one structure for the governance of all black people and others among us in Africa. The other factors that are challenge to black people unity are all over the lips of various activist and black organizations but considering the fact that the black
people are still suffering the same problems that existed long ago, there is the need to consider a new means of addressing and exercising all the suggestions
from black intelligence and scholars. In regard, I propose that we rather get one head organization for all black people and black organizations to which structures will be built to get one major plan for
the development of black community and to get all black organization work within the framework of this development plan. Instead of individual organizations
working isolatedly, we can gather all organizations of similar projects to work on common projects at a bigger space that will have consider all the black people. It
is also known that many organization and individuals has good programs but for the lack of fund they either not do it at all or do something below expectation. It is expected that all black organizations registered to this head organization will allow joint work and programs as well financial support to programs from other
organizations who might be struggling for fund. It means the existing organizations exist as organs of the head organizations and procure for projects that have
passed the approval of the experts within the head organization. Programs of all individual organizations will come to the head organization as proposals and allow
all experts to reframe it and pass it to a public vote on the application which will be develop to:
1. register all blacks in the world,
2. create interactive page where black people of this world suggest ideas, propose programs/projects and address concerns,
3. Display the status of projects
4. Voting platform for projects and leaders
5. Making contribution/donations
The organization is aiming at creating better live for all black people in the world through capturing of all the Africa resources and utilizes them to boost the
economic status of black community. The intention is to make contributions to build industries for all African resources so that there will be reflection of Africa been
the richest continent in natural resources in the lives of black people. Our industries will be based on the idea of making every black valuable for the development of black communities and so the industry for every resource shall be a
complete package of school, research facility to the field of work and to the consuming section which shall seek adequate provision to all black people in the world
and to also meet market target for the external continent. Our system is said to vary from the system of the order of today’s world so that we will not achieve the same results that has render this world into series of
problems and evil deed. Contrary to this we intend to run on a system maximize personnel for all work field and to train all people to obtain the highest education
level available to the black community so that there will be more opportunity for blacks to make meaningful usage of resources as well as receiving excellent work
efficiency. In this regard, our system is basically of the order that only observe the practice of love to one another. This means we only adopt means that will allow
every individual provide for one another. It is the system that gives for free and receives for free at all levels of life. A mechanism will be put to ensure justice and equal right in the delivery of services and sharing. This method shall offer every person to be productive and allow
individual works to qualify for the consumption of the produce from the works in all other fields. Every human is capable of producing what several people will
consume in a day and with aid to technology we shall make available all things for every individual to help cut all the vises that result as the people’s struggling to
make ends meet. There will be balance as every individual will not struggle for a particular kind of work, the reason been that all kinds of work receive equal reward of enjoying all
things under provision of this head organization. In exercising this system, we will require a knowledge that will introduce us to the knowledge behind all services, technology and approaches to all field of life. The
head organization shall there create within its structures groups of experts for all field and climax it with the institution that will revise the ancient African civilization
to make recommendations in the modern form for the use by these expert groups to establish procedures of all fields. This institution shall have within its structures
a department that group people of spiritual links educate them and task them to use their spiritual powers for a good gain in the direction of getting better live for all
black people and developing the black community to take the form of the kingdom that can be called the kingdom of God. It means we will adopt all means
possible to establish the right channel for humanity to come in line with what nature had originally prepared for mankind. This department shall through their spiritual findings establish acceptable all system of worship in consultation with the religious scholars among black people. It is my believe that what I have state above in addition to those in the attachments of this letter and the contribution from all black intelligence we shall come to
create a system that will work for black people’s problems and the forum to which we will come to agree on one decision that contain the idea of all people and
then come together to execute the ideas we approve is the head organizations I called All Blacks Union For Africa Development (ABUFAD) and the name and
everything I started are subjected to changes upon the majority decision. It should also be noted that all the proposing ideas are not captured in this letter or the documents attached, however this idea is to form an organization for all
black people and strive all possible means to get a permanent solution to the problems of all black. It should be noted that all people of African nationality are classified as blacks in this proposal. Thank you.
