Last Saturday was truly special for LittleBigSouls Ghana.

Thanks to a beautiful initiative by Mansa Gold, 50% of proceeds from their “Guess and Win Easter Egg” event were donated to support premature babies in Ghana.

More than a donation, this is hope, care, and a second chance at life for families who cannot afford critical neonatal care.

💜 This contribution will help cover NICU costs, provide essential supplies, and support parents during one of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Thank you Mansa Gold for turning chocolate into impact and to everyone who participated. You helped save lives one preemie at a time.

It’s Valentine’s Day. Today is a day to celebrate love in all its forms.
Not just romantic love. But the love that shows up. The love that serves. The love that saves lives.
This February, as we celebrate the month of love, LittleBigSouls reflects on 2025; a year powered by love in action.
MAY 2025 - 60 plus preemie mothers celebrated at Tema General Hospital. Unilever Ghana showed LOVE through sponsorship.
SEPTEMBER 2025 - Volunteers walked 5km through Accra’s streets. LOVE that moves for awareness.
NOVEMBER 2025 - The National Theatre glowed purple for the 7th year. LOVE that lights up for the smallest fighters.
NOVEMBER 21-23, 2025 - Northern outreach at Yendi, Tamale, and Kpinchila in partnership with the Balmaisha Foundation. Passion Air, Eya Naturals showed LOVE through partnership. Over 40 preemie mothers with babies in NICU and recently graduated, received care packs, communities received hope, and NICUs received supplies.
LOVE looked like oxygen concentrators, pulse oximeters, medical consumables, baby clothes, health education and real presence.
And throughout the year Cuski Baby and Plushix, made sure that LOVE show up in warmth and security for our tiny precious babies in NICU.
THIS is what LOVE does.
It doesn’t just feel. It acts.
It doesn’t just care. It commits.
It doesn’t just hope. It helps.
To every volunteer who gave their time.
To every partner who gave resources.
To every donor who gave what they could.
To every person who shared, commented, and cared.
You showed LOVE. You saved lives.

This week, a team from Africa Health Supplies visited LittleBigSouls co-founder, Edith Uyovbukerhi to explore a partnership that could transform how we equip NICUs across Ghana under our Equipment Donation program .

Africa Health Supplies is a supplier for medical equipment including critical neonatal equipment in Ghana. This potential partnership could eliminate import costs and enable faster, more efficient equipment delivery to our beneficiary hospital NICUs.

The discussion focused on sustainable supply solutions for equipment NICUs desperately need: phototherapy units, incubators, respirators, radiant warmers, oxygen concentrators; and other items like vein finders, pulse oximeters, and consumables like needles and cannulas.

Samples were presented. Possibilities were explored. Next steps were outlined.
This is how systemic change begins—through partnerships that prioritise efficiency, accessibility, and impact.
We look forward to sharing more updates as this collaboration develops.

We are opening the series of volunteers virtual sessions with Volunteering for Good, featuring Ato Ulzen Appiah (), Director GhanaThink Foundation, social entrepreneur, and consultant.
Ato will share practical insights from years of volunteering, leading teams, and working in the social impact space.

This session is designed primarily for LittleBigSouls volunteers, and is also open to anyone interested in volunteering and serving with intention.
