YEBETUMI is a feminist organization that works to advance the rights and development of women and girls through policy advocacy, skills training, education, mentorship and behavioral change sensitization. The word “Yebetumi” is an Akan word that means “We Can” This represents our driving belief that gender equality and equity can be achieved, and that if empowered and engaged, women and girls can

realize their fullest potentials in all spheres of life, and effectively contribute to the development of their societies. At the core of our work is intersectionality, diversity and inclusion as it pertains to S*xual Reproductive Health and Rights, Q***r women's rights, Gender Based Violence, Education, S*x Positivity, HIV and AIDS, Leadership and Political Participation and Economic Justice
