*The Green Engine Initiative (GEI)*
Green Engine Initiative (GEI),is a youth-oriented environmental group in Ghana,which focuses on *renewable energy, environmental conservation, community development and capacity building*. We seek to mobilize people especially the youth to advocate for climate and environmental justice,and also empower young people to take advantages of environmental challenges
to create employment for themselves. Our operational work involves,engaging various stakeholders in the environmental sector to contribute to environmental related policies, so as to achieve environmental sustainability goals ,by using self participatory approaches to help in the implementation of the policies and projects in both community and national level.

To achieve a green world of sustainable environment for both the current and future generations through active participation in environment related discission makings and self discipline. And to also create a world for the young people to make wealth from environmental challenges through solving the challenges.
*Mission*
1.Influencing the youth to campaign for climate and environmental justice.
2.Empowering young people to take keen interest in solving environmental problems.
3.Engaging stakeholders and agencies in the environment sector on environmental policies, and contribute to their implementations and achievements.
4.Organizing community education on environment and climate related issues and how to help solve them in the local level.
