🌱💚 Tree planting with the Lions is more than just putting trees in the ground…

It’s about creating impact that will outlive us, transforming spaces, protecting the environment, and building memories while serving the community together 🦁

Here’s a look at moments from our recent tree planting exercise at the Legon Botanical Gardens 📍🌳

Service. Leadership. Legacy.
That’s the Lions way ✨

13/05/2026

Here are 5 reasons why the Lions love Tree Planting.

🌳 1. You can physically SEE your impact
Not every service project leaves something growing behind.

📍 2. It transforms spaces
One tree can completely change how an area looks and feels over time.

🌦️ 3. Trees help protect the environment
They help with cleaner air, cooling, and healthier ecosystems.

📸 4. It creates unforgettable moments
The best part? The conversations, teamwork, laughter, and memories made during the process.

🦁 5. It represents what Lions are about
Service. Community. Leadership. Legacy.

Huge appreciation to everyone who joined us at the Legon Botanical Gardens for our recent planting exercise 🌱
The future will thank us.
