𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫!

Ms. Isabella Tetteh Ahinakwa is a communications and media professional with experience in health, climate change, and higher education. She began her career with the Parliament of Ghana, supporting the Women and Children Committee and the Youth and Sports Committee, where she gained practical experience in stakeholder engagement.

In 2019, she joined the Association of African Universities (AAU) as a volunteer and has steadily grown into leadership roles within the institution. She is currently the Deputy TV Manager at the TV unit of the organization, and a Project Officer, supporting the planning and delivery of media content and programmes that highlight higher education and development issues across Africa. She also serves as a Communications Officer on selected AAU projects, contributing to outreach, visibility, and partner engagement.

Ms. Ahinakwa is skilled in creating clear and engaging communication products for different audiences and platforms. Her strengths include writing and editing, hosting and presenting, video editing, graphic design, and producing visual content such as whiteboard and 2D animations. She is committed to using media and storytelling to make important information easy to understand and meaningful to the public, especially in areas such as public health, research and innovation, climate change and resilience, and quality assurance in higher education.

𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫!

Geraldine Afua Amaning, APR, is a communication specialist with over a decade of experience in the media and communication. She began her career in media in 2014 with Multimedia as a reporter and TV Channel Executive, and later at Media General (TV3, 3FM, ONUA TV and FM) as a radio producer and writer.

She transitioned into strategic communications, serving as Communications Officer at the National Commission on Small Arms and Light Weapons and later as Communications and Publications Coordinator at Basic Needs Ghana

At GIZ Ghana, she highlights the successes and impacts of the PAIReD programme, communicating achievements to donors, partners, and stakeholders, while supporting governance, transparency, and citizen engagement initiatives.

Geraldine is a member of Women in PR Ghana and holds PR accreditation from the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana.

Recently, she was selected as a mentee for the prestigious Global Women in PR Leadership and Mentoring Program. Her areas of expertise include strategic communication and PR, media relations, storytelling, and fictional writing, blending creativity and strategy to inspire and inform audiences.

InspireChange International was honored to serve as a featured speaker at 𝐇𝐞𝐫 𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞, a transformative empowerment program hosted by the Women’s Commission (WOCOM) of the Geography Students’ Association, University of Education - Winneba.

Held at the North Assembly Hall, the event brought together young women, leaders, and changemakers for a powerful dialogue on confidence, leadership, and using one’s voice to drive social change.

Representing ICI, Ewuradwoa Erbynn delivered a compelling session on “𝑼𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑽𝒐𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒎." Her message emphasized that voice is not merely sound, but it is influence, responsibility, and action. She challenged participants to identify causes they care about, use platforms they already possess, and speak consistently for impact. Her presentation highlighted real Ghanaian movements and practical pathways through which young women can transform advocacy into measurable change.

InspireChange International joined the global celebration of the International Day of the Girl Child 2025 at Gbawe Methodist Junior High School — a day dedicated to empowering young girls to dream, lead, and thrive. 💪✨

Our team engaged the students in insightful discussions on this year’s theme, inspiring them to embrace their potential and champion change in their communities. The girls also teamed up for group presentations, showcasing their creativity, confidence, and passion for leadership.

We wrapped up the day by awarding souvenirs to all participants — a token of encouragement to keep shining and pushing boundaries. 🌸

📚 Celebrating International Literacy Day in Osae Krodua!
InspireChange International has launched the Literacy Rescue Project at Ayiresu D/A Basic School. Our first cohort includes 10 learners—4 boys, 6 girls, and 3 with special needs—aged 10 to 15.

Each child now has school bags, uniforms, books, calculators, and mentorship to keep them in class and learning. This project aligns with the United Nations’ International Literacy Day theme by promoting inclusive, quality education for all.
