The BKQ Foundation was deeply touched by a heartwarming video showcasing the bravery of 9-year-old Setor, who hails from the South Dayi district of the Volta region. Setor limps on one leg with the support of a plastic chair. The video went viral on BONES MAN TV page.

Despite the short notice of Setor's visit to Accra today, the team at BKQ Foundation stepped up to make a difference in Setor's life.

In a thoughtful gesture, the Foundation donated an electric wheelchair to assist Setor with his mobility in the immediate term. Additionally, a significant cash donation of Ghc10,000.00 was presented to support Setor's upcoming surgery, along with essential school supplies to aid in his education.

We are excited to be part of Setor's path to recovery and are seeking your assistance in raising Ghc80.000.00 for his critical surgery. Together, we can make a tangible difference in this young fighter's life.

For those interested in supporting this noble cause, please reach out to Bones Man Tv for further details on how you can get involved and make a difference in Setor's journey towards recovery.

Let's unite together to bring hope and healing to little Setor.

In conjunction with World Menstrual Hygiene Day, our team yesterday spent time with young girls at Nima “1” Basic School, Nima “2” Basic School, and Kanda Estate Basic 1, all located within the Nima cluster of schools.

The sessions focused on discussing periods and emphasizing the importance of maintaining good hygiene during menstruation.

Here at BKQ Foundation, we strongly believe that providing access to menstrual hygiene products can greatly impact a girl's attendance at school. It is essential for every girl to have the dignity and comfort that menstrual hygiene products offer during their periods.

We envision a world where menstruation is not a barrier, but rather a normal part of life. Together, we can create a period-friendly world, one day at a time.

Wishing you all a happy World Menstrual Hygiene Day!

🌸 Empowering Young Girls Through Menstrual Hygiene Education 🌸

We had an incredible day today at Church of Christ D/A Basic School(Gomoa-Fetteh) and Gomoa-Fetteh D/A Basic School in the Central Region!

Our team led sessions on menstrual hygiene education as well as donated sanitary pads to the bright young girls in these two Basic schools in Gomoa-Fetteh.

Each girl received four (4) packs of sanitary pads to support them through the next four cycles, ensuring they have the necessary care during their time of the month. Our goal is to eliminate any barriers that prevent these girls from attending school regularly.

As we approach World Menstrual Hygiene Day on the 28th of this month, let's come together for a . Join us in advocating for equal access to education and proper menstrual hygiene resources for all.

Together, we can make a difference! 💙✨ 🌸

Wishing you all a wonderful and productive week ahead.

As we approach World Menstrual Hygiene Day on May 28, 2025, an annual occasion dedicated to raising awareness about the significance of proper menstrual hygiene, the BKQ team will be continuing our efforts towards menstrual hygiene education and sanitary pad distribution in the Central Region this week.

We are scheduled to visit the FETTEH CHURCH OF CHRIST D/A BASIC SCHOOL, where we will be catering to the hygiene needs of approximately ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY (120) menstruating girls.

Our commitment remains steadfast in supporting menstrual hygiene initiatives for young girls in underserved communities, empowering them to embrace their menstrual cycles with dignity.

Happy New Week 🌟

Here are some lovely moments captured during our donation of sanitary pads and menstrual hygiene education session at Aplaku M/A 3 Basic School.

We are excited to have extended our support to all three schools in the Aplaku Cluster - M/A 1, M/A 2, and M/A 3 - distributing over a thousand packs of sanitary pads.

The interactive session provided valuable insights on proper hygiene care, safe disposal of used pads, and overall menstrual health management for the girls.

It is essential to ensure that young girls experience their menstrual periods with dignity, and BKQ Foundation is committed to empowering them with the necessary knowledge and resources for comprehensive menstrual hygiene care.

See you soon in a school near you!

Aplaku MA 2 Basic School within the Aplaku cluster of schools, was not left out in our recent back-to-school sanitary pad donation drive and menstrual hygiene education program.

The students, particularly the girls, had an interactive and informative sessions with our facilitator from the Ghana Health Service. They gained valuable insights and practical skills to navigate their menstrual cycles confidently and with dignity.

BKQ Foundation continues its commitment to eliminating period poverty among students in underserved communities. Our aim is to empower young individuals with the essential resources and education needed for proper menstrual care, ensuring they can manage their menstrual health effectively.
