*SUBJECT: Suspension of Regional, Zonal, and Local Programs (September 30 – October 4, 2026)*
Grace and peace be unto you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
This official communique serves to remind all leaders and assemblies of the constitutional mandate governing our church operations: All National Programs take precedence over Regional, Zonal, and Local programs.
In accordance with the UPCI Constitution, all Presbyters, Zonal Pastors, and Local Pastors are hereby directed to ensure that no regional, zonal, or local church programs, events, or special services are scheduled or organized between Wednesday, September 30, and Sunday, October 4, 2026.
This period has been strictly set aside for the *National Men’s Conference*, taking place at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi.
*Key Directions for Leadership:*
*Clear the Calendar:* Immediately suspend or reschedule any local, zonal, or regional activities that fall within these dates.
*Mobilization:* Actively encourage and mobilize all men and members across your respective circuits, zones, and local assemblies to attend and support the National Men’s Conference at KNUST
*Compliance*: Presbyters and sectional leaders are expected to monitor and ensure full compliance across all churches within their jurisdiction.
Let us stand united in supporting this national gathering as we seek the face of God for the spiritual growth and empowerment of our men.
