After 30+ hours of ideation, it was refreshing to see our innovators let their hair down in our second Virtual Lounge discussing failures stories and exchanging lessons about getting back on the “innovation horse” after setbacks.

We believe in building a sense of community and resilience among participants as we head towards our final stage: Consolidate and Present

Participants reflected on their project motivations and driving forces, choosing five words that sum up their inspiration.

They shared these words with peers, building on them to create 3, 5, and 10 sentences envisioning their project's future over the next decade.

This exercise aimed to connect their core values to long-term goals and sustainability.
