This week we celebrated the real impact of the YESS Girls’ Movement. The stories, the growth, the courage, and the quiet transformations that happen when young women are given the chance to rise ✨

In Ghana girl guide Association, this journey began in 2020, and since then we’ve watched girls grow from first exchanges into today’s confident leaders. From skills learned to voices raised, we saw again that YESS is more than a program. It’s a journey that shapes lives and builds sisterhood👭

Today marked the successful conclusion of our International E-STEM Fair, bringing together young innovators from across Africa to celebrate creativity, collaboration, and innovation through STEM. ✨

We were proud to have the winning team from our Ghana National STEM Fair, Achimota Basic School, represent Ghana and engage with fellow students from Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Rwanda, Madagascar, Malaisia, Nepal , Bangladesh , Kenya , Zambia and Uganda. The exchange of ideas, presentations, and innovative solutions truly demonstrated the power of learning beyond borders.✨

We were also honored by the presence of the Head of Programmes at WAGGGS, the Deputy Head of Programmes, and Madam Robina, Head of Programmes for the YESS Girls Movement. Your encouragement, leadership, and commitment to empowering girls through STEM continue to inspire us.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire organizing team, facilitators, teachers, volunteers, and every participant whose dedication, time, and effort made this event a resounding success. Together, we are creating opportunities for girls to lead, innovate, and shape a better future through STEM.✨
