The therapy sessions focused on themes such as self-awareness, personal responsibility, resilience, and hope.

With the kind support of Adenta Mountain View Lions Club and our donors, we successfully donated food items and books to James Camp Prison following our Prison Therapy session with the inmates.

The donation included:
• 6 sacks of maize
• 4 sacks of gari
• 10 gallons of palm oil
• 100 sachets of corn flour
• 50 fiction books

These contributions go a long way in supporting the welfare, nourishment, and learning of the inmates. We are truly grateful to everyone who partnered with us to make this outreach meaningful.

Together, we continue to promote compassion, dignity, and positive change.

We walked into the chapel and met tired faces—eyes heavy, hearts almost emptied of expectation. Hope felt distant.
But as the coaching and counseling session began, something shifted.

Miss Anita Annan from the The Anita Annan Centre guided reflection. She gently challenged mindsets shaped by survival. She created space to explore inner truths long buried.
And then the messages directly from her journal were;

°That worth is not cancelled by circumstances.
°That self-honesty is the gateway to true healing.
°That awareness is the first step toward personal transformation.
°That self-love is not selfish—it is a lifeline. °That challenges can be reframed into strength.
°That mindset is power, even behind walls. °That responsibility for one’s future begins within.
°That hope and dreams can survive—even here.

Slowly, the room changed.
Eyes lifted. Hearts opened. Men who had learned to guard themselves began to share, reflect, and reconnect with parts of who they were—parts they believed had been lost.

In that moment, the walls did not define them. Their humanity did.
This is why we do the work. Because healing is possible anywhere—and transformation always begins within.

On Saturday, 6th December, 2025, we had the privilege of bringing hope, healing, and encouragement to the inmates of James Camp Prison through our Prison Therapy Outreach Program.

The day was filled with powerful moments — from coaching and counseling sessions, to a calming Sip & Paint therapy experience, a lively information literacy session and donation. Each activity created a space for reflection, expression, learning, and emotional renewal.
