egarding Cancer of the breast all year round. We have a keen desire to support and be there for breast cancer patients all year long and Not Only in October. We also seek to equip every adolescent child with adequate knowledge of breast cancer, its causes, and prevention. Objectives:
To develop a culture that eradicates the mindset of October-only breast cancer awareness and support. To actively provide holistic support to people living with breast cancer conditions
To deliberately engage the African continent in getting relevant information on the cause and prevention of breast cancer through the knowledge power of education to equip the African community
Our Story:
October is marked in all countries in the world as ‘Breast Cancer Awareness Month’, to emphasize breast cancer awareness and support, early diagnosis, and treatment as well, as palliative care for women facing this disease. Sadly, as soon as the month ends, everyone who provided care, assisted in health screening, walked to create awareness or supported patients, folds up their pink shirts, and go about their regular lives till the next October comes. The story must change! We cannot just be concerned in October. Women die from breast cancer every month! The battle, dress their wounds, endure the pain, lose their precious hair, and get shrunk through chemotherapy. If they go through this every month, all alone, this must be bigger than just October! We are passionate about taking this initiative beyond October and saving the lives of thousands of women all year round.
