The CEO of KATH only saved us from another possible and unfortunate Charles' case.. And if you read some of the recommendations by the Committee on Charles deaths, you will understand the importance of what the hospital did.

Now let's move away from that.

Ministry of Health, Ghana, per your last check:

1. How many functioning ambulances did we have?

2. How many certified paramedics did we have?

3. How many neurologists did we have?

4. Currently, how do we transport patients in critical conditions from one region to another. Example: From Temale Teaching Hospital to Komfo Anokyi Teaching Hospital.

5. How many hospitals in Ghana have ACLS?

6. When do you intend to procure Air Ambulances for the country?

These are critical questions being asked by Ghanaians.

Even when there was support, I started this campaign singlehandedly and even went on to call on the Parliament of Ghana and the Ministry of the Interior, Ghana to look for money through whatever means necessary to fund the Ghana National Fire Service here and on TikTok. I have repeatedly condemned and spoken against attacks on our firefighters and the destruction of the few firefighting equipment we have. Additionally, I called on them to introduce explicit laws to criminalize attacks on service personnel and destruction of safety equipment.

Today, some people look at me and say "what have you done"?. And those who are aware sit and watch.

It is understandable why the majority will choose politics rather than fighting for national development— there is no support and reward in that.

Would you be happy if you or your relative involved in an accident is sent to an overcrowded emergency unit where you won't get bed and equipment?
Interesting.

A 19-year-old unidentified man has reportedly died after being subjected to a mob attack over allegations of stealing a motorised tricycle, popularly known as an “aboboyaa,” at Mpasatia in the Atwima Mponua District of the Ashanti Region.

Reports indicate that the deceased was with two other suspects allegedly involved in the attempted theft of the tricycle in the community.

Speaking to Adom News, the Mpasatia Assembly Member, Karim Salifu, said the incident occurred around 4:00 a.m. on June 3, 2026.

According to him, the owner of the aboboyaa raised an alarm after spotting the suspects attempting to flee with the tricycle. During the chase, one of the suspects reportedly fell and was subsequently attacked by some community members.

Mr. Salifu stated that he arrived at the scene around 6:30 a.m. and found the victim still alive, but he died shortly afterwards.

The matter was reported to the Mpasatia Police Command, and the body has since been deposited at the Frimpong Boateng Hospital morgue for preservation and autopsy, while police investigations continue.

Water is a major element for firefighting. Yet, we don't have dedicated centralized water collection and storage facilities to feed our hydrants.

This is not rocket science, just an application of common sense would be enough to save us millions of Cedis.

Ahh, sometimes, I just don't know what's wrong with us.

Access to fire incident scenes is part of the major factors causing delays. Yet, those responsible careless less.

We can buy 34 million fire engines for the GNFS; if the hydrants are not working, nothing will change.
