The Pulse Project, was birth mainly because of rural-urban migration, women's empowerment, and entrepreneurship as hammered on here. Meet 65-year-old Madam Juliana Mahama queen mother of Gonja land. Though she didn't meet the age requirement we couldn't say no to such a wonderful person. She came each day. Helping with the babies of the mothers in training. While in Tamale she was a mother to us. Calming nerves, talking to her people to behave, and oh the gifts. Aunty Julie is a spoiler and we miss her. From all of us here at Goldcoast Literacy Program, Mpra che Madam Juliana Mahama.

"We shall measure our progress by the improvement in the health of our people; by the number of children in school, and by the quality of their education." - Kwame Nkrumah. At 69 we dont just seek quality but equality too. One that doesn't make the child in slums and rural Ghana feel left out.

Pulse Project Tamale edition.
The numbers were huge we had to train them in batches.
We asked for one thing the desire and willingness to learn and they gave us an overflow. Under the scorching sun, babies crying and mothers willing to break free,We are excited to set them on their entrepreneurship journey.
Thank you to the entire Tamale team and our trainer Miss Emefa Adjetey.
