Founded in 1995, the GC aims to research into issues of concern to women, compile and anaylse them for use to inform policy advocacy as well as projects design

THE GSHRDC is a Ghanaian Local NGO which believes in a society where women's rights are fully promoted and protected and they are able to participate in national development at all levels. This is its vision.

The Gender Studies and Human Rights Documentation Centre with funding from the African Women's Development Fund organised a public education for students from Madina SDA and Queen of Peace RC basic schools this was under AWDF's KASA initiative. The Cyber Security Authority Ghana and Child Online Africa joined us in educating the children on Online Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (OSEA). There will be follow-up activities with the schools as we further build the children's capacity to protect themselves online.
