How’s work, really?

For millions of people, work can support purpose, stability and well-being. But when it is poorly designed or managed, it can put health at risk.

Safer and healthier work starts with the way work is organized. What helps people feel safe and supported at work where you live or work?

CONGRATULATIONS 🎉🎊🥳

Historic Victory in Indonesia: The Domestic Workers Bill Is Passed After 22 Years of Struggle! April 21, 2026 will be a memorable day for in Indonesia 🇮🇩 and for our movement around the world. Indonesia’s House of Representatives and the Government officially passed the Domestic Workers Bill (RUU PPRT), a major milestone in the recognition of domestic workers and their rights. 🎉

It is the result of 22 years of tireless struggle, strategic campaigning, and collective action led by JALA PRT (National Advocacy Network for Domestic Workers’ Rights), with the support of the International Domestic Workers Federation (IDWF) and allied organizations. It took blood, sweat, and tears, but we made it happen, in the way only domestic workers can when they are determined to reach their goals. Now, the fight continues for the law’s effective enforcement and for further legal changes that can bring real and lasting change to the 4 million domestic workers in Indonesia. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

It’s 2026—and women earn about 20% less than men on average. Unacceptable.

Gaps persist in employment, earnings and leadership roles. At today’s pace, equality in employment could take nearly two centuries.

There is no without gender equality.
