We have successfully completed the first cohort of our 2026 Online Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Training.
Over the weekend , passionate participants from different backgrounds came together to learn, question, and grow. Today, we proudly celebrate a new group of trained menstrual health educators who now have the knowledge, confidence, and tools to lead informed conversations about menstruation in their communities.
This training was designed not just to share information, but to build capacity for impact. Participants explored the science of the menstrual cycle, debunked harmful myths, practiced inclusive teaching methods, and engaged in practical demonstrations of menstrual hygiene products.
The result?
An emerging army of menstrual health educators who understand the importance of structured, respectful, and evidence-based menstrual health education.
Menstrual health is not just about hygiene. It is about dignity, education, gender equality, and opportunity. When girls have accurate information and the right support, they stay in school, participate confidently in society, and grow into empowered women.
Through this training, we are expanding a network of advocates who will continue to break stigma, educate communities, and support girls and women to manage their menstruation safely and confidently.
If your organization, school, community group, or corporate body is looking to support charity initiatives, menstrual health outreach, or educational programs, we would be happy to collaborate.
Together, we can ensure that no girl misses opportunities simply because of her period.
The journey continues.
