We are filled with gratitude as we reflect on an incredible week of learning, growth, and meaningful connections at the Africa Liberty Forum.

We are especially proud to celebrate our Grants Manager, who successfully completed the Fundraising 360 training by Atlas Network. As part of the program, she was selected to participate in the Fundraising Elevator Pitch, where she had the opportunity to put her newly acquired skills into practice by pitching one of our organization’s projects to members of the Atlas Network community during the Africa Liberty Forum, making a real funding ask.

This milestone is a testament to her dedication to strengthening our organization’s fundraising capacity and advancing our mission.

We are equally honored that our Founder and Executive Director represented our organization at the Africa Liberty Forum, engaging with inspiring leaders, exchanging ideas, and building relationships that will help us create even greater impact.

We are deeply grateful to Atlas Network for creating opportunities that equip nonprofit leaders with practical skills, foster collaboration, and strengthen the liberty movement across Africa.

Congratulations to our Grants Manager on this remarkable achievement! We look forward to applying these new insights and connections to expand our impact and continue empowering women and communities.

We are proud to celebrate Miss Mandy Wiredu, who has been selected to participate in the renowned Atlas Network Academy program and is currently undertaking the Fundraising 360 - an exciting learning experience focused on how to raise funds, cultivate donor relationships, liberty, and impactful change-making.

As part of this journey, they are also joining fellow participants and leaders from across Africa at the Africa Liberty Forum, taking place at the Accra Marriott Hotel in Ghana.

This milestone reflects our organization’s continued commitment to empowering young leaders, promoting freedom-driven ideas, and creating meaningful impact across communities.

We are proud of this achievement and excited to see the knowledge, connections, and experiences gained through this incredible opportunity. Congratulations! 🌍✨

Our LANEF Community Beach Meet-Up was everything we hoped for and more! From the beautiful colors to the laughter, games, food, dancing, new friendships, and meaningful connections, we truly had an unforgettable time. 🌊☀️🎉

Under the theme “Colors of Connection – Wear It. Bring It. Share It.”, we were reminded that our differences are what make our communities beautiful, but it is our willingness to connect that makes us stronger. ❤️

We were also delighted to introduce new individuals to LOLA (Ladies of Liberty Alliance) and celebrate 17 incredible years of LOLA and its commitment to bringing women together around the values of liberty, opportunity, and empowerment. 🎉✨

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, our amazing team, and our generous sponsors who helped make this gathering possible. 🙏🏾❤️

This was more than just a day at the beach. It was a reminder that community matters, connection matters, and together, we can create something powerful.

Tonight, our Founder and Executive Director, Angela Okai-Nartey, will speak on “Entrepreneurship as a Tool for Freedom,” exploring how entrepreneurship empowers individuals, creates opportunities, strengthens communities, and advances economic freedom.

At LANEF, we believe that lasting development comes when people are empowered to innovate, own property, create businesses, and participate freely in the marketplace.
