On 21 September 2026, the Missing Children Ghana team, led by our Founder, Regina Asamoah, had the honour of visiting Save Them Young Orphanage Home as they officially launch activities to celebrate their 30th anniversary.
This was more than a courtesy visit.
Save Them Young Orphanage holds a very special place in the story of Missing Children Ghana - it is the very first orphanage where the Missing Children initiative was born.
For 30 years, Save Them Young has opened its doors and its heart to vulnerable children, including missing, abandoned and neglected children, as well as children with special needs.
We were delighted to join them as they begin this remarkable anniversary journey and to contribute clothing and baby items to the children. 👕🍼👶🏽
A heartfelt THANK YOU to the members of GIWA - Ghana Italian Women Association - and Madam Patience for the generous clothing donations to Missing Children Ghana. Your kindness reached little hearts that needed it.
And then came one of our favourite moments of the day… 👣❤️
Our little princesses tried on their new baby shoes and took a few steps in them! What a beautiful reminder that sometimes the smallest gifts can create the biggest smiles.
We invite individuals, organisations and friends of Missing Children Ghana to join us in supporting children and institutions like Save Them Young that continue to provide care, protection and hope to some of the most vulnerable children in our communities.
Want to support us? Reach out to Missing Children Ghana on (233) 0594594662 and find out how you can help us continue this work.
Every contribution matters.
Every child matters.
Every act of kindness matters.. ❤️
