Throwback to Our Impact Cape Coast School for the Deaf and Blind.

As we continue sharing our journey on our new official page,we are pleased to look back on another meaningful milestone.

On 23rs February 2024,Able Foundation in collaboration with Festive kids Foundation
Organized a skill training program for students of the Cape-coast School for the Deaf and Blind.The training focused on equipping learners with practical vocational skills that can enhance their independence,confidence, and future livelihood opportunities.

At Able Foundation,our mission is to empower persons with disabilities through education,skills development,advocacy, and inclusion.We are committed to creating opportunities that enable every individual to reach their full potential while working to eradicate stigma and promote equal participation in society.

We sincerely appreciate the management,teachers and students of the Cape coast School for the deaf and blind for welcoming us and actively participating in the program.We are also grateful to our volunteers,partners and supporters whose contributions made this initiative possible.

Together,we are building a future where persons with disabilities are empowered,valued and given every opportunity to succeed.

Throwback to a Life-Changing Training
2nd December 2023

As we begin a new chapter on our new official social media page,we are proud to reflect on our impactful activities.

On 2nd December 2023,Able Foundation in collaboration with PENSA Ghana had the privilege of organizing a skills training program for students of the Akropong School for the Blind.
The training was aimed at equipping learners with practical vocational skills to promote independence,self-reliance and economic empowerment.
The skills trained included bead making,hair facinators, bridal fun and other accessories.

As part of our visit,Able Foundation also donated musical instruments to support the school’s musical instruments to support the school’s music program,we hope these instruments will help nurture the talents of the students,encourage creativity and provide them with more opportunities to express themselves through music.

At Able Foundation,we believe that every person,regardless of disability deserves equal opportunities to learn,develop their talents and build a bright future.This program reinforces our commitment to promoting inclusion,empowering persons with disabilities and eradicating stigma through skills development and community engagement.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the management,staff, and students of the Akropong School for the Blind for their warm reception and active participation.
We also thank everyone who supported this initiative and helped make it a success.

A Milestone Worth Celebrating
Able Foundation Official Launch

22nd December 2024 marked a historic moment in our journey as Able Foundation was officially launched.

The launch represented the beginning of our commitment to empowering persons with disabilities,promoting inclusion,advocating for equal opportunities and working tirelessly to eradicate stigma within our communities.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us to celebrate this special occasion
Our guests,partners,volunteers,friends,family and all those who have believed in our vision from the very beginning.Your encouragement and support continue to inspire us.

Our vision is to build a society where every person regardless of ability has equal opportunities to thrive contribute, and live with dignity and respect.

Since our launch,we have been previleged to carry our impactful programmer,including skills training for students with disabilities,awareness campaigns,youth empowerment initiatives across Ghana.

As we begin this new chapter on our new official page,we look forward to sharing our journey,celebrating our achievements and working with individuals,organizations and communities who share our vision of an inclusive society.
