• ხელოვენბის პოპულარიზაცია
• ახალგაზრდების მომზადება და ხელშეწყობა სოციალურ-კულტურული პრობლემების მოგვარებასა და ამ სფეროში გ

• Development of the culture and arts management

• Preparation and encouragement of the youth to solve social/cultural problems and in decision making
• Encourage youth to be well represented in the society
• Develop skills and talent of the youth
