While July marks the beginning of a new Rotary year, it is also recognized across Rotary as Maternal and Child Health Month.

Throughout the month, Rotary highlights the importance of ensuring mothers and children have access to quality healthcare, proper nutrition, and the support they need to thrive.

Healthy mothers. Healthy children. Stronger communities.

Earlier this year, we shared the launch of Project STOP 'n' THINK (PSAT), a youth empowerment initiative focused on behaviour change, positive decision-making and helping young people build the social and emotional skills needed to make better life choices.

On Monday, July 6, we proudly celebrated the completion of the programme and the graduation of its participants.

Through a series of targeted sessions, participants explored important areas including personal development, conflict resolution, leadership, respect, responsibility and positive community engagement.

The Rotary Club of Grenada extends sincere appreciation to Dr. Neals Chitan of Motiv-8 For Change International for his dedication, expertise and commitment throughout the programme. We also thank all those who supported the initiative and, most importantly, congratulate our graduates on reaching this milestone. 🎓👏🏾

What began as an initiative to encourage participants to stop, think and consider the consequences of their choices has now marked an important step in their journey of growth and personal development.

This is what creating lasting impact looks like — investing in people, supporting change and helping to build stronger communities.
