It’s that time of year!!!!!!!

Last night we were treated to a great lecture by Dave Forrest. Some amazing card tricks.. and tricks with... erm... liquid playing cards, legumes and bleach. You have to see it!

Lovely to see members from other societies as well!

Our next meeting is with John Morton, so it will be another good lecture!

Our next meeting on the 1st of June is a lecture with Dave Forrest. Most of you will know who he is, but for those who don't, from his own site....

Just a reminder that our next meeting is two weeks today, Monday 4th May and is a club night with impromptu magic as the theme.

It is a chance to show us your EDC, something you carry in your wallet, purse or pocket regularly, a piece of mentalism you can do at the drop of a hat or something that you do when someone says "I hear your do magic, can you show me a trick".

It can even be something that you can do on the hop with a borrowed deck of cards, coins, a ring etc.

Please can I also remind anyone who has not yet paid their subs to bring the money to the next meeting. If you can't come on the 4th May please feel free to send your subs by PayPal to [email protected] (friends and family please)

Great meeting last night. After our AGM it was tricks with a paper theme. Cue several different types of book test, and bits of paper being cut and torn.
A fun night.
