November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month💙

Mental health doesn’t discriminate. It affects everyone, including men.

It’s okay to say that things are tough, that you are feeling low or anxious. We want to break that stigma that struggling is weak- because we think being vulnerable shows strength.

At The Well, we want every one, man or woman to know that they are valued, welcomed, and supported.

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Let’s break the stigma together and support men in taking care of their mental health.

At The Well, we want to celebrate and support every person in our community, including those living with ADHD.

🧡ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) isn’t just about distraction or restlessness, it’s about a different way of experiencing the world. Many with ADHD are creative thinkers, deep feelers, problem solvers, and bringers of energy and imagination.

But it can also be very hard.

Juggling responsibilities, managing focus, or coping with overwhelm can take real courage and perseverance. That’s why awareness matters. It helps us build understanding, reduce stigma, and create spaces where people feel accepted and supported for who they are.

🧡If you’re living with ADHD, or walking alongside someone who is, know that you’re not alone. You are loved, valued, and part of a community that sees the beauty in how every person has been made.

😌We all go through times where we feel low, anxious or lonely but knowing you have someone to reach out to in these times is really important.

💚Spend a moment now and think through a couple of people you feel able to chat to when you feel low. Let them know you are grateful for them by a message or phone call!

🌱Take another moment and think of someone who might need encouraging at moment and if you feel able to, send them a message.
