Today, we visited one of our 1%ers .oinks as they close the doors on their Castlegate restaurant 🩷

Mike and the team are an incredible group doing a lot of good in the world, and whilst the restaurant closes, their Spark and Newcastle locations continue along with a new addition coming soon 👀

Get down on their final day at Castlegate tomorrow, and if you buy their special, every penny goes to .in.dementia - what’s a gesture 🙏🏼

Look what was spotted in York this weekend 👀🩷

We are delighted to have been able to award a small grant to Heworth Amateur Rugby League Football Club, funding a defibrillator at their home ground on Elmpark Way.

The amateur Rugby League club facilitates hundreds of players across junior boys and girls teams through to open-age and masters 🏉
The club is a sporting hub amongst their York community, and the reassurance of an on-site accessible defib can't be underestimated.

All thanks to the support of our amazing 1%ers 🙏🏼

What an afternoon this was at York Sports Club 🤩
On Saturday, York Rugby Union Football Club took on Ilkley R.F.C in the final home game of the season, and their charity shirt fixture.
Now tradition, after fulltime the club auction off the playing shirts and we were really grateful to be the extremely lucky beneficiaries this year.
We're delighted to announce the auction raised just over £3k 🙌🏼
We can't wait to show the impact of the donation soon....

Earlier this week we joined Kirsty Taylor - friend of our colleagues - on her 30km fundraising run 🏃‍♂️
In 2022, Kirsty’s son was born at just 28 weeks at Hull NICU, and today is a happy and healthy boy.

Kirsty chose and as charities close to her heart, and we were delighted to join her for the final 21km (half marathon) of the challenge, alongside and .
