Team Paranormal UK Event Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Team Paranormal UK. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please carefully review our updated Terms and Conditions before participating in any paranormal investigation event. By joining our events, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Strict No Alcohol or Drug Policy
• Policy Enforce
ment: To maintain a safe and respectful environment, we have a strict no-alcohol and no-drug-use policy before and during any investigation.
• Under the Influence: Any participant suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from the event location immediately, with no eligibility for a refund.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Right to Cancel: Team Paranormal UK reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an investigation at our discretion. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund of any payments made or a new ticket to the new event.
• Cancellation by Guests: Any deposit or ticket fee paid is non-refundable if a guest cancels their attendance.
• Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances: Certain events may be cancelled or rescheduled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds or rescheduling options will be provided in these situations.
3. Liability and Safety Disclaimer
• Assumption of Risk: All participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved in paranormal investigations, which may include physical and mental challenges. By attending, guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and well-being.
• Public Liability: While we hold public liability insurance, Ghost Hunts Yorkshire is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or adverse mental effects experienced during or after the event.
• Medical and Psychological Conditions: Individuals with medical or psychological conditions that may be affected by high-stress or frightening situations are advised not to attend. Team Paranormal UK will not be liable for any harm or distress arising from participation.
4. Authenticity of Experience
• Genuine Investigations: Our investigations are conducted without the use of actors, sound effects, or artificial enhancements. Any phenomena experienced during our events are genuine and not influenced by our team.
• No Guarantee of Activity: Paranormal activity is unpredictable. While we strive to create an engaging environment, we cannot guarantee that activity will occur. Refunds will not be issued in cases where no paranormal events are observed.
5. Behavioural Expectations and Seriousness of Participation
• Respectful Conduct: Guests are expected to approach the investigation with seriousness and respect for both the location and other participants. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event, without a refund.
• Team Compliance: Guests must follow instructions provided by Team Paranormal UK event leaders. Non-compliance with safety or investigation protocols may result in removal.
6. Personal Belongings and Security
• Responsibility for Belongings: All personal items, including valuables, should be secured in vehicles, or left at home. Team Paranormal UK is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.
• Use of Equipment: Any equipment provided by Team Paranormal UK for guest use must be handled carefully. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or loss of borrowed equipment.
7. Deposits and Non-Refundable Fees
• Non-Refundable Deposit: A specified deposit amount, as advertised on our booking page and promotional materials, is required to secure a spot and is non-refundable.
• Full Payment Requirement: Remaining balances must be paid in full before the investigation begins. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry without refund of the deposit.
