The Conservators of Ashdown Forest are tasked with the protection and conservation of this fabulous forest. At this time of year, many people think of mushroom foraging. In this article with BBC Sussex, the Forest's countryside manager, Ash Walmsley, talks about the impact on the fungi species and the forest as a whole.
