I’m walking 100 miles across beautiful North Wales to raise awareness — and vital funds — for mental health. This journey is deeply personal, and I’m proud to be supporting Advanced Brighter Futures and Phoenix Counselling, two incredible organisations doing life-changing work.

The walk is called “From Coast to Clarity”, because it’s not just about distance — it’s about moving forward, step by step, toward better mental health for everyone.
