๐Ÿ“ฐ THE DAILY EMBER: SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ๐Ÿ“ฐ

FLAMBOREE EXTENDED!

Following an exceptionally dry summer, many participants were unable to hold their Flamboree events due to local fire restrictions and safety concerns.

We've heard your messages.

We've seen your postponed plans.

And we've got good news...

๐Ÿ”ฅ Flamboree is continuing throughout October and November! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

That's right. The campfire is still burning.

So if your group postponed their event, cancelled because of fire bans, or simply never found a suitable date, there's still time to get involved.

โœ… Register your event
โœ… Gather your group
โœ… Light the fire safely
โœ… Order your badges

The summer may be ending, but the Flamboree story isn't finished yet.

We're calling it... The Second Wave.

Amazing night KISC. Their first campfire of the summer season and it didn't disappoint.

I was here with the delivering a truly memorable performance of Cecil and then leading Joe's button factory.

Whilst the activities around here are amazing the coming together of scouts from so many different nations all coming together.

Badges, neckers (scarves), stories and socials all being swapped afterwards.
These moments make the magic of KISC an amazing place to come.

For our June meeting, we made the most of winter, and joined in Flamboree - Jamboree Around The Fire along with other Scouts and Guides around the world, hosting our own little campfire!

We shared some songs, caught up, made s'mores and once again celebrated a very special birthday! Completed the night with cake and sparklers! ๐ŸŽ‡
