Our district Flamboree last night was not only an opportunity for different scouts to come together but also a fundraiser for some our jamboree participants.
However, the highlight for me was inviting our youth members to come and either lead a song or tell some jokes and receive a campfire leader badge.
Taking the spotlight can be seriously daunting and seeing some of the cubs and scouts get on the stage and lead the fire is such a heartwarming moment!
