Some of our instructors are running for Cancer Research!! They are planning on running in Karate kits and pink belts.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated. It is something. That means a lot to many of us and is close to our hearts!

Also congratulations to all the kung fu and kickboxing graders on achieving your new belts it was hot and sweaty but you smashed it!!

Yesterday Sempai Morgan (shadow) ran a display at the Petworth fete in the park assisted by black belt helper Billy (spike)! 🥋

Was great to see her students show off what they have learnt in her classes. Everyone there did very well and did us proud! Not easy performing to an audience but they were amazing!
