This week is looking very hot! Keep your eyes on the live calendar for cancellations if it's too dangerous (particular Monday in Fort Royal). Otherwise we will find some delicious shade and play some gentle Tai Chi.

Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated and stay home if you have a health condition that gets worse in the heat.

Looking forward to playing Tai Chi again ###

It's April 🥰

Spring is arriving… and it’s the perfect time to move outside.
The trees are waking up, the light is returning, and Tai Chi in the Park begins a new season.
From April you can now practise with WILD CHI CIC Worcester in two of our parks:

🌳 Mondays 2–3pm – Fort Royal Park
🌳 Wednesdays 5:30–6:30pm – Gheluvelt Park (Teatime Tai Chi)
🌳 Fridays 10–11am – Gheluvelt Park

Tai Chi is gentle, flowing movement that helps:
• release stress
• improve balance and mobility
• calm the nervous system
• reconnect body and breath
No fitness level or experience required.
Just bring yourself and enjoy an hour in nature.
