It was lovely to welcome Hannah from Rewoven to our meeting last night. A relaxing experience where we could all just ‘be’ united as always.

Last night I had the privilege of sharing a Rewoven session with the Worcester Sands community.

We spent time slowing down, grounding, moving gently, breathing, and simply being in a space where loss did not need to be hidden or explained.

There is something incredibly powerful about being alongside others who understand, without needing many words.

Rewoven was created to offer a softer space for those navigating life after baby loss. A place where the body can exhale a little, where grief is welcomed exactly as it arrives, and where there is no expectation to “move on” or be anything other than human.

Thank you to everyone who came, and to Sands Worcester for the invitation, warmth and support.

There is no pressure to talk —you are welcome to simply come as you are.

This session is designed to softly support your body and nervous system in a way that feels safe and nurturing.

No experience needed at all and all will be provided. If you're planning on attending please comment on the post. Though, there is no pressure if you change your mind.

During this meeting we will be welcoming Hannah from Rewoven where she will hold a yoga session for us all. She specialises in yoga classes for bereaved parents to gain physical recovery and reconnection with their body and peer support. ###x

We now have a book library which we will bringing along to our meetings. The opportunity to take a book home and then return. Books range from, miscarriage, stillbirth, siblings, partners, pregnancy after loss, all associated with baby loss. TONIGHT’S MEETING - room 6 at 7pm ###x

Due to having to cancel this month’s meeting, we are planning to hold an alternative session on 1st April at The Hive from 7:00–7:45pm, as we’re unavailable mid-month.
