Carbon monoxide (CO) symptoms are like everyday illnesses (or a
hangover) 🤒🤢 and can be difficult to detect.

They include unexplained headaches, dizziness, nausea, breathlessness, collapse, loss of consciousness and even death.

CO is called the 'silent killer' because you can't see, hear, smell, taste or touch it, but it can be fatal.

Fuel-burning appliances like boilers, gas fires, and cookers can produce deadly levels of CO if they are faulty, blocked, or poorly ventilated.

To help protect your home and family, make sure you know the symptoms of CO poisoning and keep safe with a with a CO alarm that alerts you to its presence. 🔊

Talking about mental health can feel hard. Many of us worry about saying the wrong thing, and that can stop conversations before they begin. But these conversations matter.

Mental Health Foundation have put together some free tips on how to talk, and listen, about mental health.

We wanted to share them with you this World Mental Health Day 💜

As the temperatures drop it's a good idea to make sure your external pipework is in good condition to make sure you are ready for the colder months.

❄️ A frozen boiler condensate pipe can stop your boiler working and potentially leave you without heating, hot water and unable to cook.

This guide will help you troubleshoot any problems:

And always, find a Gas Safe registered engineer at www.gassaferegister.co.uk as soon as possible if you have any concerns.
