Huge thanks to local resident Niamh, who very kindly donated this fantastic outdoor furniture after our previous table and chairs was sadly vandalised. How lucky we are to have such kind community members.

Come as you are and if you don’t need to know anyone, just bring yourself. 🌿

A Little about Cacao

We begin the evening with ceremonial cacao, a rich, warm, and nourishing plant medicine that has been used for centuries in sacred rituals to open the heart and support emotional clarity. Unlike regular chocolate, ceremonial cacao is minimally processed, keeping its natural compounds intact, which can gently uplift the mood, increase mindfulness, and enhance circulation. Drinking cacao in a mindful, shared setting encourages presence, connection, and intention-setting, helping you relax both body and mind. It’s a beautiful way to arrive fully in the moment, settle into your practice, and prepare for the sound healing journey ahead, all within a safe and welcoming space. 🌿

A little about Sound meditation

Tune into the healing power of sound with our 7-chakra crystal bowl meditation. Each bowl vibrates at a frequency linked to one of the body’s energy centers, helping to release tension, reduce stress, and balance your nervous system. Studies show that sound therapy can lower heart rate, decrease cortisol levels, and promote relaxation, all while enhancing focus and emotional clarity. Immerse yourself in these rich, resonant tones and feel your body, mind, and energy align in a deeply restorative experience. Perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. ✨

Disclaimer: Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.

A little about me

Hi, I’m Lisa! Growing up with Buddhist traditions passed down from my grandmother sparked my love for mindfulness and connection from an early age. Over a decade ago, I began a deep self-exploration, which led me to train in the traditional roots of yoga in Rishikesh, India, including breathwork, meditation, yoga, and sound healing. I’m passionate about using these tools to gently support and facilitate others on their own journey, always respecting each person’s individual path and pace. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where everyone, no matter their experience, can relax, unwind, and reconnect with themselves.
