Last night we had a short run to the lovely Charlton Manor Primary School where we spent 40 minutes painting fences and weeding in the nursery garden.

A short intervals session round the local streets and we called it a night.

Operation Forest School Restoration has officially begun! Yesterday we started clearing litter and cutting back foliage at the lovely to bring the forest back into use for the children.

We will be back here to continue the operation over the coming months. Come and join us next time!

This week we ran, walked and cycled up the hill to where we attempted to install a new trampoline (it's the effort that counts!) and did lots of weeding and tidying up.
After 30 minutes work we ran back to the start for a short intervals session to push ourselves at our own pace!

We had a fantastic time at yesterday shifting soil to the raised beds and renovating the pond!

We also marked GoodGym Greenwich's 10 year anniversary with a pizza at - yum!

Last night we ran a short 1.5km to the to clear a load of ivy from the front drive. Half an hour and 6 bags later we ran back to base. Good company, good work out, good deed - couldn't be better!
