Woodstock Passion Play 2014

Woodstock Passion Play 2014 We are organising an outdoor Passion Play to take place in the centre of Woodstock, Oxfordshire, on Palm Sunday, 13th April, 2014. The play will end about 5pm.

We hope to get as many people and local groups involved with this as possible so that it can truly be a community event. On Palm Sunday afternoon, a cast of over 50 will retell the events of Holy Week and Easter morning in the centre of Woodstock, making use of the Town Square, the Museum Gardens and entrance to the Parish Church. The play will be accompanied by music of all sorts provided by a va

riety of local musicians, as well as a community choir and a children's choir created for the occasion. Things will begin in the Town Square about 2.30pm with Jesus arriving at 3pm.
