🎉 Woodseats Festival Stall Bookings Are Now Open! 🎉

We’re excited to announce that stall bookings for the Woodseats Festival are officially open! If you’re a local business, crafter, food vendor, community group, or charity, this is your chance to be part of one of the most vibrant days in our community calendar.

And that’s not all… our festival theme has now been chosen!
This year we’ll be celebrating our 20th Anniversary: Woodseats Festival Goes WILD, so we’d love to see stalls, decorations, costumes, and activities that embrace the theme and bring the street to life.

Whether you’re selling handmade goods, delicious food, running games, or showcasing your organisation, we’d love to have you involved.

📅 Spaces are limited, so make sure to book early to secure your spot!

In 2006, a small bunch of pioneers founded the "Woodseats Festival".
20 years later we're still going strong.
Join us between 6th and 12th July for a special week of events finishing with our famous Family Fun Day on Sunday 12th July.

Well, we've had time to recover from our Christmas Fayre and we absolutely loved it and we hope you did too.
It wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the wonderful people that created it and those that visited.
The Woodseats Festival would like (in no particular order) the following:

Santa is here until 2pm and the raffle, stalls, face painting, music, and food & drink will be here until 4pm.

We are at the Woodseats Medical Centre until 8pm tonight for the Sheffield Children's Hospital Snowflake Light Switch On.
There are plenty of stalls so why not come down and show your support?

The Woodseats Festival is proud to be attending the Woodseats Medical Centre in support of the Sheffield Children's Hospital Snowflake Appeal. This coming Monday (24th) November.
6pm - 8pm.
