🌸 Help Us Add Some Colour to Dovecotes! 🌸

We're inviting residents to join us for a community planting session on **Wednesday 10th June** from **10am – 2.30pm**.

Come along and help us brighten up the estate by planting flowers and adding some colour to the areas around our offices and community spaces. It's a great opportunity to get outdoors, meet your neighbours, and take pride in the place we all call home.

Whether you can spare 30 minutes or a few hours, we'd love to see you there.

There is an important update from City of Wolverhampton Council regarding changes to tenancy agreements.

Following consultation, revised Introductory and Secure Tenancy Agreements have been approved and will come into effect from 1 July 2026.
You will receive a formal Notice of Variation during May 2026.

The updated agreements use clearer wording and reflect new regulatory requirements. They strengthen tenant and landlord responsibilities and include updates to areas such as anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, repairs and maintenance, pets, data protection, and communication preferences.

You do not need to sign a new agreement, as the revised version will automatically replace your current agreement from 1 July 2026.
