We’ve been made aware of bogus messages being sent to residents claiming to be from Wolverhampton Homes about repairs or appointments.

These messages can look genuine, so it’s important to take a moment to check before responding.

🔎 If you receive a message you're unsure about:
• Don't click on links or share personal information.
• Don't make any payments or share bank details.
• Check the sender and any contact details carefully.
• Contact Dovecotes TMO or Wolverhampton Homes directly to confirm whether the message is genuine.

If in doubt, check before you act – it's always better to be safe than sorry. 💙

☀️ Stay Cool, Stay Safe ☀️

With the warmer weather continuing, it's important that we all take extra care of ourselves, our families and our neighbours.

Heat exhaustion and heatstroke can affect anyone. Make sure you:

- Drink plenty of water
- Stay out of direct sunlight where possible
- Keep your home as cool as you can
- Take regular breaks and avoid strenuous activity during the hottest part of the day
- Check in on children, older people and anyone who may be more vulnerable to the heat

Please take a moment to look through the NHS guidance below so you know the signs of heat exhaustion and heatstroke, and what to do if someone becomes unwell.

What a brilliant afternoon in the Community Kitchen! 🍕👩‍🍳

Our pizza-making sessions were full of fun, creativity and plenty of tasty pizzas!

It was especially lovely to see so many mums getting stuck in alongside the children too — creating, cooking and having fun together. ❤️

A big thank you to everyone who came along and helped make our first kids' cooking sessions such a success.

We think we may have some future Dovecotes chefs on our hands! 👏🍕

🎢 What a day at Alton Towers! 🎢

We had such a brilliant time on our Dovecotes TMO trip to Alton Towers!

There were plenty of screams, thrills and adrenaline-fuelled rides throughout the day — from those brave enough to take on the biggest coasters to those enjoying the atmosphere and exploring everything the park had to offer! 🎢😱

And it wasn't all about the rides... one of our residents captured some beautiful photos of the gardens and scenery around the park, showing a much calmer side to the day. 🌸🌿

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a fun day. We loved seeing families and friends enjoying themselves, making memories and having a proper day out together.
