Moreland Trust Health and Social Care is a not for profit charitable voluntary organisation. We have been providing support services for older people aged 50+ since 2000, through the provision of information, advice & support, personal care, volunteering and advocacy. We specialise in providing care and support to African Caribbean elders however our services are accessible to all sections of the
community. We embrace diversity and cater our services to meet individual needs. Care and Support for Older People
Many of our beneficiaries have very little contact with local service providers or close family, are vulnerable because of age, illness or disabilities or living in isolation or in residential/nursing homes and lack access to appropriate cultural and language support. Our Values
