💙 Men's Mental Health Day 💙
"Just over 12 months ago, I lost my private accommodation when my landlord sold the property. I found myself homeless, struggling with depression, and unsure where to turn.
I reached out to iSupported Housing, and that one step changed everything.
Not only was I provided with safe, supported accommodation, but I also received weekly support that helped me attend hospital appointments, access the correct benefits I was entitled to, improve my budgeting skills, and manage everyday tasks such as shopping and paying bills.
I've even been supported with things many people take for granted, like using computers, something I've always struggled with.
Over the past year, I've joined a local gym, improved both my physical and mental wellbeing, and I'm now bidding on council properties to take the next step towards independent living.
Today, my future feels much clearer. The patience, encouragement, and support I've received have helped me enormously, and I can't thank the team enough."

Mental health challenges can affect anyone. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Today, on Men's Mental Health Day, we're encouraging men to speak up, seek support, and know that they are not alone. 💙
